DreamCatcher Interactive has launched a new official Web site for Stealth Combat, its upcoming tactical 3D action game. The new site contains a basic description of the game's background story and features, along with a gallery of screenshots and concept images.

Stealth Combat is set in the year 2038, during a war between two powerful factions. Players will choose which side they wish to support, and they will undertake a series of 25 different missions against the enemy. The game will feature more than 20 different vehicles including tanks, helicopters, jeeps, and amphibious vehicles, and players will be able to take direct control of any of the vehicles in their squad and let the computer control the supporting units.

We've posted some screenshots in the gallery above that show off some of the game's vehicles and environments. Stealth Combat is in development at German game studio Triggerlab, and it is scheduled for release in the second quarter of 2002. For more information, visit the official Stealth Combat Web site and watch the video trailer linked below.
