Starcraft Injunction Denied

Blizzard Entertainment's attempt to get Micro Star Software's Stellar Forces add-on pack taken off shelves was denied on Tuesday, although a presentation must now be made on June 18. Blizzard is claiming breach of contract for Micro Star's commercial use of the Starcraft campaign editor, while Micro Star replies that Blizzard's claim is "unenforceable."
