Anyone who has watched a Star Wars film or TV show has dreamed about owning a lightsaber, and right now, you can get a big discount on this elegant weapon wielded by Jedi during more civilized times. As a bonus, you don't even have to worry about accidentally disarming yourself with one of these replicas, as Hasbro's official line of Black Series lightsabers sport all the visual and audio effects of those props without most of the risk attached to them. Please don't poke fellow Star Wars cosplayers in the eye with one of these.

Like Darth Maul, these props' prices have been cut by almost 50%. Normally $279, you can pick up either Darth Vader's or Luke Skywalker's lightsaber for just $164 and $165, respectively. These are sold as adult role-playing props, which basically means that they're ideal for when you're hitting the convention floor in full Jedi or Sith lord cosplay gear. As part of the Force FX line, they have premium detailing that makes them look authentic to the original film props, advanced lights and sounds so that you don't have to make the whooshing effects yourself, and stands that allow you to proudly display them.

The Vader lightsaber has an extra trick up its hilt, as you can remove the corrupted Kyber crystal inside of it and use it as an additional display piece. As for Luke's lightsaber, this version is based off of the weapon that he used in Return of the Jedi and The Mandalorian, sporting its signature green lighting effect. In total, you've got a lightsaber collectible here that feels, looks, and sounds like a premium piece of cinematic history.

For more big discounts at Amazon, don't miss out on these deals for EA Sports FC 24, Horizon Forbidden West, and a big discount on Sony's excellent Bluetooth headsets.
