Square Merges Subsidiaries
Square announces that its CG and quality control subsidiaries will merge into one entity.
Square has announced that it will merge two of its subsidiaries, Square Visual Works and Squartz, effective January 1, 2001. Square Visual Works is responsible for CG production, and Squartz is responsible for quality control and tech support. The company has commented that the merger will not have a major effect on its fiscal year earnings.
