Sammy announced that its third-person stealth action game Spy Fiction has gone gold in North America. The PlayStation 2 game will ship in September. Spy Fiction follows secret agents Billy Bishop and Sheila Crawford as they attempt to foil the plans of a terrorist organization and neutralize a doomsday device. The game features an "identity theft" system, which allows players to capture images of other characters and assume their identities. This system will play a big part in the game's sneaking segments. Spy Fiction is rated "M" for mature and will retail for $39.99. For more on the game, see GameSpot's preview.
