Spider-Man actor Tom Holland has reacted to the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home's first trailer, saying he's overwhelmed by the love and support and teasing that what we've seen so far is "just the tip of the iceberg."

Posting to his Instagram story from an airport, Holland said that since he's been flying for the past 10 hours, he had his brother Harry post the trailer to his account. After stepping off the plane, his phone was buzzing.

"I turned my phone on and my phone has gone mental. The love and support you guys have shown the film is so exciting," he said. "Honestly that is just the tip of the iceberg. You have no idea what else is to come. I am so excited to share more with you guys."

"It feels so good to be back with Spider-Man, to be showing you trailers, to be having films coming out."

The No Way Home trailer, which leaked before it was officially released, showed Holland's Spider-Man teaming up with Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch). After the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home, everyone knows Spider-Man's true identity, and this is causing issues for Peter Parker. So he asks Strange to cast a spell that makes everyone forget that Mysterio revealed his identity to the world.

For some reason, Strange complies, and the world descends into madness. Alfred Molina's Doc-Ock shows up at the end of the trailer, which suggests a multiverse because the character died in Spider-Man 2 and is now back...somehow.

No Way Home releases on December 17 in theaters.
