Infogrames Entertainment and BioWare Corp have announced that Neverwinter Nights, their upcoming Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game, will feature a soundtrack created by award-winning composer Jeremy Soule. Soule is best known for creating the orchestral soundtracks for Morrowind.

"It has been a great experience all around working with the brilliant developers at BioWare on this revolutionary RPG," said Soule. "Composing for the epic-adventure realm is something I've always enjoyed, and Neverwinter Nights, with its advanced game playing features, has given me the opportunity to incorporate some exciting musical touches, such as giving each environment a tuneful persona that the player can manipulate."

Neverwinter Nights is set in a medieval fantasy world, and it features an innovative dungeon master system that will let players create and run their own adventures for up to 64 players per server, as well as a complete single-player campaign. Neverwinter Nights will be available in stores this summer. For more information, take a look at our in-depth previews of the game.
