But Blizzard isn't saying yet how much it will cost.

World of Warcraft players interested in boosting their character to level 90 without going through the actual process of leveling will soon have that option, Blizzard has announced. The developer said on the World of Warcraft blog that in the near future, the developer will begin testing a feature that allows players the option to purchase an automatic character upgrade to level 90.
The confirmation comes after a leaked survey from Blizzard asked fans how much they would pay for such an option. It remains unclear how much Blizzard will charge for the direct upgrade, but the functionality will launch "soon" in the game's public test realm (PTR).
Blizzard also has announced that, in an effort to get everyone "straight to the action," as soon as you pre-purchase upcoming expansion Warlords of Draenor, you'll immediately be able to auto-level one of your characters to 90. Previously, this boost wasn't going to be unlocked until the expansion was actually released. Pre-sales will start sometime soon, Blizzard said.
"That's a little different from the plan we laid out at BlizzCon, but based on the feedback, it's obvious that many of you would like the chance to get acquainted with a new class before heading into the expansion," Blizzard said. "This will also give more players the opportunity to experience the current end-game content and the events leading up to Garrosh's exodus to Draenor. Maybe you'll get your Legendary cloak from Wrathion and level 90--100 Heirloom weapon in the process."
Blizzard announced Warlords of Draenor during BlizzCon in November. The expansion adds seven new zones, raises the level cap to 100, and will eventually introduce new animations for all eight of the original races, as well as the Draenei and Blood Elves. You can opt-in to a closed beta for Warlords of Draenor today through your Battle.net account.
World of Warcraft currently has 7.6 million subscribers and marks its tenth anniversary this year.
