Sony Xperia Play on sale in Singapore this Friday

Sony fans who wish to play PlayStation-certified games on a mobile phone can rejoice. SingTel announced that the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play will be available on April 22 exclusively to SingTel customers. The phone will set gamers back between S$0 and S$348, depending on their mobile plan. The device comes preinstalled with a handful of games, including FIFA 10, Bruce Lee Dragon Warrior, The Sims 3, Star Battalion, Madden NFL 11, Crash Bandicoot, and Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus.

As a bonus, SingTel is hosting a Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus online leaderboard competition. The winner will win an all-expenses-paid trip to the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles, USA, this June.
