The original story is below.
Nintendo says it has "nothing to announce" today after a major roster leak revealed that characters like Bowser Jr., Shulk, and the dog from Duck Hunt will make their franchise debut in this year's Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS.
A series of leaked videos and images, rounded up on NeoGAF, show off the new fighters and trophies. Importantly, none of the characters are confirmed right now, but new videos that have recently popped-up on YouTube give some of the leaks more legitimacy. It's possible the images and video are elaborate fakes, but the videos in particular are especially convincing.
Reached for comment, a Nintendo of America representative said, "We have nothing to announce at this time." The representative said the best place to see the most up-to-date roster for the game is at its official website.
