SingStar for PS3 dated and priced down under

Karaoke aficionados will be happy to hear that SingStar for the PlayStation 3 will be available in Australia on December 6, a day before it reaches the UK. Budding singers will have the choice of buying the game either as a bundle with two corded microphones for A$109.95, or just the game for A$59.95.

Hot on the heels of the UK's announcement, Sony Computer Entertainment Australia has also announced pricing for the additional songs. From day one, 44 tracks will be available to download, with prices starting at A$2.49. You will be able to get these via the game's built-in online marketplace called SingStore.

The game comes with 30 songs on the disc.
