A new patch has launched on The Sims 4 which introduces two new career paths to the game. Detailed on The Sims 4 website, the free update adds the athlete and business careers, each of which branches out onto two paths. Both careers include specific outfits that will unlock as a Sim climbs the career ladder, as well as new objects, rooms, and interaction rewards.

The update also brings back the Move Objects cheat that was available in previous Sims games. The cheat allows players to "create new objects by combining two or more items." The cheat is able to be used with any objects, and can be activated via the following instructions:

  1. Type Ctrl-Shift-C to bring up the game’s console.
  2. Enter “testingcheats true”
  3. Enter “bb.moveobjects”
  4. Enter “Ctrl-Shift-C” to close the dialog box
  5. To turn off the cheat, repeat steps 1-4.

In addition, the update adds some holiday-themed objects to the game including sweaters, decorated Christmas trees, and more. To get the update, players will need to log in to Origin and launch the game. Last month an update was released which brought pools into the game, a feature that was absent at the game's release.
