The mysteries will debut on the streaming service on March 26.

Netflix has released the next trailer for The Irregulars, a new series that "follows a gang of troubled street teens who are manipulated into solving crimes" for Dr. Watson and Sherlock Holmes. The eight-part drama is slated to hit the streaming service on March 26.

This new clip digs a little deeper but still plays coy with how these children are "manipulated" into working with Holmes and Watson--the latter of whom the official synopsis describes only as "sinister." While it may not be Holmes doing the manipulating here, what's clearer in this new trailer is the enigmatic detective's assistant is desperate and truly needs the kids' help because, suddenly, Holmes is missing. Check out the new trailer for the series below.

The Irregulars is based on the Baker Street Irregulars gang from the original books by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. They supplement the famous detective duo's efforts by investigating "crimes [that] take on a horrifying supernatural edge."

The series stars Thaddea Graham (Letter For The King), Darci Shaw (The Bay), Jojo Macari (Sex Education), Mckell David (Snatch), and Harrison Osterfield (Catch 22). Henry Lloyd-Hughes (Killing Eve) takes on the role of Sherlock Holmes; Royce Pierreson (The Witcher, Line of Duty) plays John Watson. The Irregulars is written and executive produced by Tom Bidwell (Watership Down). Its lead director is Johnny Allan (Endeavour) with Joss Agnew (Poldark) and Weronika Tofilska (Last Train) also directing episodes.
