Shark Tale swims to stores
PS2, Xbox versions of DreamWorks fish film support dance pad controllers in booty-shaking missions.
Activision today announced that Shark Tale, based on the upcoming DreamWorks animated film of the same name, has shipped to retail. The console version of the game, developed by Edge of Reality, is available for the PlayStation 2, GameCube, and Xbox for $49.99. A Game Boy Advance version of the game, developed by Vicarious Visions, carries an MSRP of $29.99, as does the PC version developed by Amaze Entertainment.
The PlayStation 2 and Xbox versions of the game will support all dance pad controllers available for the systems. Certain "dance missions" throughout the game will challenge players to dance along with some of the licensed funk, reggae, and hip-hop music that is featured in the film and in the game.
DreamWorks' film opens in theaters this Friday.
