Shadowrun Returns DLC out late October
Developer Harebrained Schemes prototyping gameplay and mission ideas for Berlin campaign; Linux and multi-language versions in the works.
Shadowrun Returns will be getting new downloadable content starting with a campaign titled Berlin.
According to an announcement from developer Harebrained Schemes, the DLC will be out late October. "Development of Berlin art is already underway, and our design team is also starting to prototype gameplay and mission ideas for the Berlin campaign," the announcement stated.
The developer will be working on a Linux version of the game, though a release date has not been announced. The studio will also be working on Spanish, Italian, German, and French language versions, which is due early October.
Shadowrun Returns is out on PC. The RPG was praised for its cyberpunk world, combat and skill, while it was panned for its save system, linear structure, and simplicity of exploration.
