Shadow Of The Tomb Raider Black Friday 2018 Deals For PS4 And Xbox One

We're only days away from Black Friday 2018, and we've got some more deals to keep on your radar. This past September saw the release of Shadow of the Tomb Raider, which marked the end of the trilogy detailing the origins of Lara Croft becoming the eponymous Tomb Raider. While sales for Target and GameStop on PS4 and Xbox One haven't gone live yet, you can purchase the game on PSN and Xbox Live now for up to 50% off.

As of now, not all of these sales are active. So you'll need to keep an eye out for them when they go live later this week around November 23. While the PSN and Xbox Live deals are up now, some cheaper options include Best Buy and Target going on for $30. Best Buy's rewards program in particular also offers some discounts, which are available to take advantage of now.

In Shadow of the Tomb Raider, you'll play as Lara Croft in her most dangerous adventure yet. Set in Central America, the explorer and her allies will uncover lost Mayan ruins, make contact with remote tribes, and face off against the sinister organization Trinity, serving as one of the major antagonists over the course of the trilogy. Throughout the game, you'll face off against heavily armed foes wielding firearms and ancient weapons, and of course, explore the many tombs scattered across the central american jungles.

In our review of Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Edmond Tran stated the following: "Thankfully, the parts of Tomb Raider that make it really fantastic--uncovering the mystery of ancient ruins, solving impressive challenge tombs, and exploring exotic environments--are still here in Shadow, and they are just as outstanding as they have always been. But the core mechanics that have been with the series for half a decade are starting to show their limitations. Making the journey to Shadow of the Tomb Raider's peaks is certainly an attractive goal, but like the challenging terrain Lara needs to traverse, the path there is getting rougher and more unpredictable."
