Shadow Hearts set to ship

Midway has announced that Shadow Hearts for the PlayStation 2 will ship tomorrow. The game will be available on store shelves at retailers nationwide later this week. The traditional RPG features turn-based combat, more than 200 items to collect, the ability to upgrade weapons, and a complex plotline.

"With its rich character-driven storyline and compelling fantasy-style RPG gameplay, we expect Shadow Hearts to impress and entertain gamers in North America,'' said Helene Sheeler, vice president of marketing at Midway.

Shadow Hearts was released in Japan on June 28.
