Server Connection Issues Reported for Metal Gear Solid 5

The launch of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain today has not gone entirely to plan.
The open-world action game is suffering through some "server connection issues" affecting the game's Forward Operating Base multiplayer mode. In the wake of these problems, Konami has made some changes to FOB as it works to fix the issues. Check out the tweets below for the latest.
