TOKYO - As part of today's meeting with Sega president Irimajiri, we were able to meet with several developers from Europe who are regarded as preferred developers by Sega.

After lunch, we were addressed by Kazutoshi Miyake, president of Sega Europe, and met with several European developers who are already working on Dreamcast games. There were seven people there from five different developers. The development houses in attendance were:

Appaloosa Interactive (Ecco the Dolphin and Kolibri for the Genesis)Bizaare Creations (Formula 1 series for the PS)Argonaut Software (StarFox for the SNES, Croc for the PS/SS)Red Lemon (Aeronauts for the PC/PS, Tartan Army for the PC)No Cliche (formerly known as Adeline, now owned by Sega)

These developers are considered "1.5 parties," as Sega referred to them. They are neither first nor second party. It's somewhere in the middle, and games from these developers will be released by Sega.

While nobody revealed specific titles, games have indeed been worked on for some time.
