See New Star Wars Rogue One Footage and Poster
The first Star Wars spinoff comes out in December.
Today at Star Wars Celebration Europe, Lucasfilm released a new behind-the-scenes video for this year's Star Wars spinoff film, Rogue One. It provides a look at how director Gareth Edwards went about shooting the film and some of the locations where it was shot, including the Maldives.
Lucasfilm also released a new poster for the film. You can see the footage and the poster below.

The new poster is pretty striking. It features the tagline "A Rebellion Built on Hope," and depicts an impending clash between Stormtroopers and the Rebellion.

In other news about Rogue One, we recently learned that Darth Vader will appear in it. Additionally, a new piece of concept art from the film was shown during the panel today.

Rogue One comes out in December, with the next saga movie, Episode VIII, landing in 2017. After that, a standalone movie focusing on young Han Solo will premiere in 2018.
