See Brendan Gleeson As Donald Trump In First Image From New TV Series
Jeff Daniels also stars as former FBI director James Comey in the upcoming mini-series.
TV network Showtime has released the first images from its upcoming political TV show The Comey Rule, providing a first look at Brendan Gleeson as Donald Trump and Jeff Daniels as former FBI director James Comey.
The show is based on Comey's book, A Higher Loyalty, and it spans two episodes and four total hours. Episode 1 will focus on the FBI's investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails and the lead-up to the 2016 election. The second episode will focus on the relationship between Comey and Trump, which was stormy to say the least. Trump fired Comey in 2017.
Showtime just released the first pics from "The Comey Rule," a two-night miniseries premiering in November, based on @Comey's book.
