Scrapland site opens
Mercury Steam Entertainment launches an official site dedicated to its upcoming futuristic action game. New screens inside.
Spain-based Mercury Steam Entertainment has today launched an official Web site dedicated to its futuristic action game, Scrapland. Among other things, the site contains gameplay information, character details, new screenshots, wallpapers, and its own forums.
Announced back in February, Scrapland is a futuristic action game in which players will assume the role of a self-assembled robot named D-Tritus who is seeking employment in the gigantic robot-inhabited city of Chimera. Players will be able to explore the game's futuristic world on foot or from the comfort of their own custom-made gunship. Gunships will play a large part in the game and will be used for both combat and racing.
Further information on Scrapland is scarce at present, save for the fact that D-Tritus will have the ability to adopt the identity of any character he encounters. For more on Scrapland, check out our previous coverage of the game.
