THQ has announced Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance. The game will be released this fall to coincide with Warner Home Video's direct-to-video release of the feature film, which shares the same title. The game will follow the film's story, in which Scooby Doo, Shaggy, and the rest of the gang are beamed into a video game and must find and vanquish the Phantom virus. THQ promises a game filled with action, mystery, and puzzles.

"Given the continued convergence of entertainment mediums, we're excited to leverage our strength in the kids video game category by bringing Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase to the upcoming Game Boy Advance system day-and-date with the exclusive-to-video release,'' stated Germaine Gioia, vice president of licensing for THQ.

THQ has released Scooby Doo Classic Creep Capers for the Game Boy Color and the Nintendo 64.
