Today marks the release of Burial at Sea - Episode 2, the final expansion for BioShock Infinite. The expansion is available to download today for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC as part of the $20 BioShock Infinite season pass or by itself for $15. You'll need a copy of the main game to play the new content.

Burial at Sea - Episode 2 has players controlling BioShock Infinite character Elizabeth in the underwater city of Rapture, the main location of the original BioShock game. You can watch the DLC's launch trailer above.

The first installment in the Burial at Sea expansion launched in November 2013 and scored a 5/10 from GameSpot editor Kevin VanOrd. Episode 2 will be up to six hours long, depending on your play-style, according to creative director Ken Levine.

The Burial at Sea campaign for BioShock Infinite is the final project staff at Irrational Games worked on before it was announced that the studio was effectively shutting down. So what's next for the Boston-area developer? Levine and 15 others are working on a "smaller, more entrepreneurial" project for Take-Two, but that's all we know for specifics.

Levine gave a talk at GDC last week called "Narrative Legos" wherein he discussed general storytelling approaches for game development. You can watch the presentation below.
