Save Big On This Excellent PC Capture Card At Amazon

The Elgato 4K60 Pro for $200.

One of the best capture cards out there is the Elgato 4K60 Pro. It gives you the ability to plug your PS4, Xbox One, or Switch directly into your PC, capture high-quality video, and still output to a TV or second monitor--you can even capture the PC itself in this way. If you're looking to livestream your console gameplay, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better option, and right now, it's on sale at Amazon.

You can pick up the Elgato 4K60 Pro for $200 right now. That's an astounding 50% off its original price. However, it's worth noting this is the first model of the 4K60 Pro, which means it doesn't feature HDR passthrough--that feature was introduced in the second iteration of the 4K60 Pro. If you're okay with giving up that feature while capturing or streaming, then this deal is absolutely worth taking advantage of. For reference, platforms that support HDR include the PS4, PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, and PC.

The 4K60 Pro does exactly what its name says: it captures resolutions up to 4K and frame rates up to 60 FPS. The capture card is compatible with Elgato's own Game Capture HD software, though it also works with OBS, Streamlabs OBS, and XSplit, as well as other programs.

All you need to use the 4K60 Pro is a free PCIe slot. You plug the capture card into your motherboard, and then you're good to start recording and streaming. It's worth noting that the input and output are both HDMI, so if you have a monitor that only features DisplayPort, then you'll need an appropriate adapter or HDMI-to-DisplayPort cable.
