Rising Sun sees golden dawn
New Medal of Honor sent to the factory, will storm stores on November 11.
Medal of Honor Rising Sun, the latest recruit in Electronic Arts' shooter series, reported for duty at the factory today. The follow-up to MOH Frontline is one of the most anticipated World-War II games for consoles and is one of a handful to focus on the Pacific theater of the conflict. Like its cousin, Medal of Honor Pacific Assault, Rising Sun follows events from the sneak attack at Pearl Harbor to the grueling American "island-hopping" offensive late in the war. The game will also feature co-op, deathmatch, and online multiplayer modes. For a complete dossier on the game, check out GameSpot's preview.
Medal of Honor Rising Sun is due to ship to stores on November 11. It carries an ESRB rating of "T" for Teen, bears an MSRP of $49.99, and will be available on the PC, Xbox, GameCube, and PlayStation 2.
