Rise Of The Ronin Preorder Guide

The open-world samurai adventure launches for PS5 on March 22.

Comments

Team Ninja's PlayStation 5 exclusive Rise of Ronin is set to launch on March 22. The open-world samurai action RPG is set in Japan during the Bakustatsu period when multiple factions fought for control of Japan's future. The game's branching narrative will let players change the course of history as they explore and battle throughout the game's open-world version of 1860s Japan. Like Team Ninja's previous titles like Ninja Gaiden, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, and the Nioh series, Rise of the Ronin features a deep combat system but aims to be more approachable to a wider audience of players than its predecessors.

Rise of the Ronin is one of our most-anticipated games of 2024, and we're eager to see how its gameplay and story shape up when it releases in a few weeks. In the meantime, fans can preorder Rise of the Ronin at multiple online retailers ahead of release. Buying an early copy will even get you a few bonuses, including early access to powerful items that could give you an edge during the game's early hours.
