Ring of Honor star Dalton Castle joins the show to discuss what he's been up to during quarantine. He recalls his visit to the zoo that was shown in the Netflix series Tiger King and reveals where his over-the-top ring costumes come from.

Next up, Mat and Chris figure out what the more dangerous weapon under the ring is and wonder how so many instruments of destruction got under there anyway. Not satisfied with that, they also design their own, creating the ultimate weapon for any pro wrestling match.

Finally, the Wrestle Buddies go back to 1997 to revisit Dennis Rodman's tenure in World Championship Wrestling. "The Worm" had three matches in WCW over two years, and was a full-fledged member of the New World Order. We go through his entire professional wrestling career, including a resurgence that came after WCW, thanks to a TV show produced by Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff.
