GameSpot - 9/10

"The latest Spider-Man movie is a surprisingly resonant trip down memory lane… coupled with some truly stellar performances--Holland is at his absolute best (and most gut-wrenching) here, and some of the returning villains really do serve to remind us that the Spidey movies of old had some of the most spectacular casting in superhero movie history--makes for more stuck-landings on emotional beats than most MCU franchises have in total." - Mason Downey - [Full review]

The Reveal - 3/5

"The MCU is a high-floor/low-ceiling enterprise, and No Way Home is slightly closer to the ceiling than the floor, exactly like all the other Spider-Man movies." - Scott Tobias - [Full review]

Washington Post - 3.5/4

"Spider-Man: No Way Home, for fanatic followers of the webslinger, is a big, fat Christmas present, covered in shiny, blue-and-red wrapping paper and all tied up with a pretty web bow." - Michael O'Sullivan - [Full review]

Empire Magazine - 5/5

"At the risk of getting cheesy, it won't just make you cheer, it'll make you want to hug your friends, too." - Dan Jolin - [Full review]

Chicago Tribune - 3/4

"Casting Tom Holland as Peter Parker was one of the sharper decisions to emerge from the ever-present, oxygen-sucking Marvel Cinematic Universe. What a business model!" - Michael Phillips - [Full review]

The Globe And Mail - 83/100

"What I can say, without angering (almost) anyone, is that Spider-Man: No Way Home is both a gigantic act of franchise-mad hubris, and a ridiculous amount of fun." - Barry Hertz - [Full review]

Slant - 50/100

"There's no attempt to hide that the film is pure fan service, a greatest-hits mashup of Spider-Man's cinematic legacy." - Jake Cole - [Full review]

The Playlist - 67/100

"Spider-Man: No Way Home is maximalist, chock full of familiar characters and callbacks, and sometimes all that greatest-hits reminiscing is diverting and entertaining. But it’s also not very necessary, making for a very regressive, fan-service-y Spider-Man legacy-sequel that’s overly nostalgic for its heydays." - Rodrigo Perez - [Full review]
