That's right. When Japanese gamers pick up Resident Evil for the Saturn in Japan on its July 25th release date, they will get an extra bonus: a book that chronicles the events leading up to the first Resident Evil. The book continues on through the beginning of Resident Evil 2.

Written by Japanese author Hironori Ariga, the Japanese language book is not for sale. The only way to get it is with the game.
