Resident Evil 4 in Winter '04
Capcom's GameCube-exclusive horror-action sequel finally gets a release date.
Looks like GameCubers will get a little gore in their stocking this holiday season. Confirming rumors, Capcom has told GameSpot that Resident Evil 4 is now slated for a Winter 2004 release. Ever since it was first announced nearly three years ago, the Nintendo-console-exclusive title had a release date of "200X," though a 2004 release had been widely rumored.
As expected, Resident Evil 4 will further probe the carnage-filled complications caused by the zombie-spawning T Virus and its creator, the sinister Umbrella Corporation. GameSpot will have more details on the game as they become available.
