Red Dead Redemption 2 Online Adds New Clothes And Moonshiner Bonuses

Now's a good time to get into the bootlegging business.


Rockstar has rolled out a new batch of content for Red Dead Redemption 2's multiplayer mode, Red Dead Online. This week brings a handful of new clothing options to the game, as well as some additional bonuses for the new Moonshiner Frontier Pursuit.

First, several new pieces of clothing have been added to the Wheeler, Rawson and Co. Catalogue. The Boutell Hat and Leavitt Jacket are now available for a limited time, while the following items are permanent additions:

On top of that is the aforementioned Moonshiner bonuses. Players who Moonshiner Rank 3 by January 13 will earn an exclusive colorway of Kelley Boots. You can claim your reward from the Benefits section. You'll also receive 500 Moonshiner Role XP for flavoring any Moonshine this week.

If you're looking to pick up Moonshining, you can get discounts on some essentials to get your business off the ground. All Moonshiner Shack Properties and Property Relocations are 25% off this week, while Traders can get 40% off Novice and Promising Trader Role Items. The Moonshiner is the newest Frontier Pursuit to be added to Red Dead Online. As the role's name suggests, it allows you to run your own bootlegging business. Like other Specialist Roles in the game, the Moonshiner features a unique progression path that unlocks pursuit-specific apparel, equipment upgrades, new weapons like a Flammable Moonshine Jug, new horse breeds, and more.
