Electronic Arts replaced one top-seller with another in the PC Data top-selling games list for the week of October 22-28. Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 from Westwood Studios took first place away from The Sims: Livin' Large expansion pack, which had enjoyed the top spot almost continuously since its release in late August. Microsoft's Combat Flight Simulator 2: WWII Pacific Theater came in second place, and the third and fourth places went to The Sims and The Sims: Livin' Large, respectively. Microsoft's Age of Empires II: The Conquerors Expansion continued to post strong sales more than two months after its initial release, securing fifth place on the list. Interplay's Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn slipped to tenth place.
