Real Pool 2 ships

Infogrames has announced that Real Pool 2, its latest billiards game for the PC, has shipped and will soon be available in stores. The game includes a variety of billiards games, including nine ball, eight ball, one pocket, and straight pool. It features the 3D Groove Engine, which gives players 360 degrees of movement, photo-realistic real-time 3D graphics, and a sophisticated physics system. The game features multiple points of view, an aiming tool to help beginners line up tough shots, and both single- and multiplayer modes.

Real Pool 2 was developed by The Groove Alliance, and it will be available in stores later this month for an approximate retail price of $19.99.
