Quantum Break PC Patch Coming Soon, Will Add G-Sync and FreeSync
The update should arrive "within the next two weeks," if not sooner.
A recent Windows 10 update added support for new gaming features such as unlocked frame rate, as well as G-Sync and FreeSync. However, games themselves need to be updated to support the new features.
Gears of War: Ultimate Edition was one of the first to do so, and now, it looks like Quantum Break is next.
Thomas Puha of developer Remedy Entertainment wrote on Twitter that Quantum Break's new PC update is expected to land "within the next two weeks," but possibly sooner.

In addition to Quantum Break, Microsoft has said Forza 6's PC version will also be updated to support the new Windows 10 features in the future. It is little surprise that Microsoft-published games would be among the first to do so, though it remains to be seen what third-party games will join in.
Looking ahead, Microsoft has said Windows 10 gamers can expect other new gaming features in the future related to multiple GPUs and DirectX 12.
The next major update for Windows 10 PC, as well as Xbox One, is the Anniversary update. It is scheduled to come out this summer for both platforms, introducing "key gaming features," among other things. You can check out this post to learn more about it.
