The first round of the Quake Champions closed beta has come to an end, but the wait to play again won't be long. Bethesda has confirmed that the second round begins tomorrow, April 13. An email sent to testers confirms the specific start time tomorrow: 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET.

Players who got into the first wave of the beta automatically get access to this second one and all future tests. If you haven't received a code yet, you may want to check your email, as another wave of beta codes have now been sent out. You can sign up for the beta right here.

Progress from the first Quake Champions beta test does not move with you to the second one. To ease the transition, Bethesda is giving players 500 Platinum for the second beta.

The beta requires players to agree to a non-disclosure agreement, meaning they cannot post gameplay or images from it or talk about it anywhere outside of the forums designated for testers.

Quake Champions is in development for PC only, though developer id Software has said a console release is not ruled out. We recently got to go hands-on with Quake Champions and walked away impressed--and reassured that its class system doesn't disrupt its classic Quake gameplay.
