PSO enjoys brisk early sales in Japan
Over 90,000 Japanese gamers are already enjoying Sonic Team's online RPG.
Sega of Japan has announced that over 90,000 registered users in Japan are enjoying Sonic Team's latest Dreamcast game, Phantasy Star Online. During the peak hours, several thousand players are enjoying the game online over SOJ's network - the record is 26,000 users at one time. Phantasy Star Online will be released in the US on January 29.
