PS4/Xbox One/PC Get Endless Pac-Man Multiplayer Next Month
Pac-Man 256 will feature local cooperative multiplayer on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
Pac-Man 256 was listed for consoles and PC in April, and now it's official: the endless maze runner is coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC with local cooperative multiplayer next month.
The game has you controlling Pac-Man as you eat pellets and ghosts in an endless maze, though you need to continue moving forward as a tidal wave of glitches follow and destroy you if they get too close. The game ends when you die, so getting as many points as possible is key. The trailer below shows the game with the added four-person cooperative multiplayer.

Pac-Man 256 gets its name from a glitch on the classic game's 256th map, which is impossible to beat. On this level, the right side of the screen becomes a mess of numbers and letters--this is what the tidal wave in Pac-Man 256 consists of.
The Pac-Man endless runner was originally released on iOS and Android devices last year. Pac-Man 256 hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on June 21.
