Sony Computer Entertainment America on Tuesday announced a new $400 PlayStation 4 bundle that comes with a standard 500 GB system and a free copy of The Last of Us Remastered.

This new bundle, announced by PlayStation's John Koller on the PlayStation Blog, will be available at retailers "over the next few days." The bundle was announced on the North America PlayStation Blog, suggesting it will be exclusive to that region.

"If you've managed to hold out on upgrading to PS4 for this long or if you have a stack of gift cards laying around after the holidays, now is the perfect time to get in on the action," he said.

If you're not interested in The Last of Us, Sony also continues to offer the $400 "Four Games. One Pick" bundle that comes with a 500 GB system and your choice of one of four games.

Last week, Sony announced that PS4 sales have now reached 18.5 million units worldwide, while PlayStation Plus subscriber figures are also on the rise.
