GameSpot’s PlayStation Vita game of 2013, Tearaway, is available for only $15 through Best Buy today.
That’s $25 cheaper than its $40 regular price, and still cheaper than the $24 it’s currently selling for on Amazon.
Released in November exclusively on the PS Vita, Tearaway is a 3D platformer that pulls down the boundaries between player and game by using the device’s touchpad, camera, and other functionality.
As we said in our Game of The Year 2013 awards, it’s an absolute delight. “If you ever hear someone claim that video games have become too violent and cynical, all you need to do is point them in the direction of Tearaway. Media Molecule's latest effort is a delightful adventure brimming with warmth and imagination, making clever use of the Vita's touch inputs as it guides you on an adventure through a vibrant papercraft world.”
Tearaway also won The British Academy of Film and Television Arts’ (BAFTA) Artistic Achievement Award, Best Family Game, and Best Mobile Handheld Game.
