Project IGI Screens

Eidos has sent us a number of exclusive screens from its upcoming spy shooter.

We have a batch of new dramatic screenshots from Project IGI (I'm Going In), Eidos' first-person shooter that emphasizes stealth and cunning over firepower. The game, developed by Innerloop Studios in Norway, puts you in the role of Jones, a NATO operative who must return a stolen nuclear weapon. As you can see from these screens, much of Project IGI takes place in detailed outdoor environments, yet there are also close-combat indoor missions. Innerloop has adapted engine technology from Joint Strike Fighter, its 1997 combat flight game, to realistically model outdoor terrain and structures.

Project IGI is scheduled for release later this fall.
