TOKYO--Fans of Sony Computer Entertainment's classic role-playing PoPoLoCrois series will have something to look forward to in February. SCEI has announced that PoPoLoCrois Monogatari: Pietro Ouji no Bouken for the PSP will be released on February 10 in Japan. The game will be priced at JPY 4,800 ($46).

PoPoLoCrois Monogatari: Pietro Ouji no Bouken is a compilation of the original PoPoLoCrois and PoPoLoCrois Monogatari II on the PlayStation, released in 1996 and 2000, respectively. The 2D game also comes with a new adventure, called Pietro Ouji no Bouken (The Adventures of Prince Pietro).

The animation scenes in PoPoLoCrois Monogatari: Pietro Ouji no Bouken have been redrawn to suit the PSP's standards, and the game features a quicksave function. PoPoLoCrois fans fluent in Japanese can check out the game's official site, which opened today.
