From the police report:

"The male entered the Target in Wilkes Barre Township Commons on January 05, 2016 at 2050 hours. The male took a handicap electric cart and drove around the store coming to a stop in the electronics aisle. After removing one set of urine soaked pants he exposed himself and began to urinate on video games and accessories. The suspect left the area after he finished."

After releasing security camera images of the man on Facebook, Wilkes-Barre authorities caught him on January 7. Charges for indecent exposure and public urination are forthcoming.

This incident follows another unfortunate event related to Target from December. On Christmas Day, a nine-year-old boy opened what he thought was a new PS4 his parents bought him at a Massachusetts Target, only to find a piece of wood with a lewd image etched on it.
