The Teal Mask DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet has arrived, bringing a batch of returning and new Pokemon to the game. All of these Pokemon can be found in the new area, Kitakami, which comes with its own Pokedex for the area. Among these Pokemon is Feebas, an ugly fish Pokemon that can evolve into the powerful Milotic, if you know how to evolve it. Here's where you can catch a wild Feebas and how to evolve it.

Where to catch a Feebas

Feebas are only found in a cave near the Crystal Pool.

Feebas are found in pretty much only one location, which is the dead center of Kitakami. You will need to climb the mountain to reach the Crystal Pool and then enter the caves in the area. Inside the cave you will see water with bubbles rising to the top--if you interact with these bubbles, the Feebas will jump out at you, starting a battle where you can catch it.

Feebas can be evolved into Milotic one of two ways, however only one can be done in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. The first option is to give it a Prism Scale to hold and trade it to another trainer to have it evolve. A Prism Scale is awarded for registering 140 Pokemon in the region's Pokedex as well as in Fellhorn Gorge, in the eastern part of the map.

The second option is to raise Feebas' beauty level to high and then level it up, however there aren't any beauty increasing items in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. You could do it in a different game, like Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, and then move it to Pokemon Home to get it in Scarlet and Violet.
