Pokemon in the US
Nintendo confirms that Pokemon will hit US shelves in September.
Pocket Monsters, one of the biggest successes in Nintendo history on the Game Boy, has been confirmed by Nintendo of America for a September release in the States. The game has sold eight million units in Japan since its launch in February 1996. Nintendo is aiming high for the US sales as well - projecting a million units sold by the end of '98.
