Pokemon Bank finally out, download your free Celebi now [UPDATE]
Cloud-based storage vault now available in North America.

[UPDATE] Serebii reports today that the Pokemon Bank is now available in North America.
The original story is below.
Pokemon Bank, Nintendo's 3DS cloud storage vault, is now available to download in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Users can download and try the application for free until March 14, Pokemon supersite Serebii reports. The app will then turn into a subscription service, which costs £4.49/€4.99 a year. The application's launch date in the US is still unclear, but it'll cost $4.99 when it launches.
Pokemon Bank allows Pokemon X and Y players to store up to 3000 pokemon across 100 boxes on Nintendo's servers. The application will be useful for players looking to fill out their Pokedex, as it's easy to hit the storage limit on both games.
Pokemon Bank also contains Pokemon Transporter, which allows a one-way transmission of Generation V Pokemon--or Pokemon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2--into Pokemon X and Y.
Anyone who tries Pokemon Bank before the end of September will also get their hands on a free Celebi.
