PlayStation Sees Vision

The Vision of Escaflowne is a popular manga (comic) and anime series in Japan which is scheduled to have a movie release next year. As it turns out, the title will also be coming to the PlayStation in game form in September.

The game follows an original story, taking elements from both manga and anime. The player will follow the exploits of Hitomi, Van, and Meruru as they uncover new mysteries and battle new nemeses.

Bandai is preparing the PlayStation version for a September release in Japan. Since the anime or manga series has not yet come to the US, it's not known whether the game will be released here.
