Playstation 4 supports voice recognition

@Hal3x the best thing is , its OPTIONAL , something Xbone tries to deprive us of , OPTIONS. thats been their biggest backlash , that their console has felt like it was doing everything it could to take our freedoms from us in gaming , to put more RESTRICIONS on us while giving very few good things to try to hide that fact. so many ppl dont understand that , and never will , hence the "xbots" , theres no need to call them fanboys necesarily , just ppl who cant grasp and/or are willing to sacrifice all the freedoms and choices they CAN have for so few good things. atleast with PS4 we get those.

@Hal3x with the free game in europe i also can buy 3 pizza's and be in the plus. are you judging a console generation on cheese^^

@3SidedSquare nothing wrong if they feel like getting an xbone , lol at them if they feel like its going to be more powerful then the PS4 , theyre going to be relatively the same at the core , but with M$ original concept for Xbone , it would do alot to try to put more restrictions on the gamers to only benefit the devlopers , cant say PS4 does a better situation as its mostly just benefiting Gamers and not nesearily Developers as much (though if you ask GREAT developers like CDPR theyre doing just fine making games with how theyve been , with GREAT QUALITY) , but PS4 is def better for us in that sense and that is what we like. maybe one day there will be a good balance between the benefits both sides recieve , but for now with the way companies like EA have been thinking (only about $ rather then QUALITY in games GIVING them said $) , developers "benfiting" isnt necesarily in anyones best interest in regards to gaming.

@cnx2022 The problem is that doing so would make it an add-on. Look back on the gaming industry and tell me what is the ratio of success to failure for add-ons. I am certain you will find that the majority of add-ons fail and this can be attributed to the fact that they are optional in the first place. Microsoft has made it quite clear that Kinect will not be an add-on risking failure but an important part of the system (even though it is not required for the system to function). I think this is the correct strategy for them to take going forward.
