Play PS4-exclusive Killzone: Shadow Fall free for a week, no PS Plus membership required
Beginning March 4, you'll be able to take a stab at the multiplayer component for Guerrilla Games' action game completely free.
Looking for a new game to play next week? Have a PlayStation 4? Guerrilla Games has announced on its website that you'll be able to play the multiplayer component of Killzone: Shadow Fall free for a week beginning March 4.
Better yet, you won't need a PlayStation Plus subscription to play Killzone: Shadow Fall during the free period. A subscription to Sony's premium service ($50/year) is normally required for all PS4 online multiplayer games. The free access week for Killzone: Shadow Fall does not include access to the game's single-player mode.
Guerrilla Games has timed the free week to coincide with the release of Killzone: Shadow Fall's first free map pack. And you'll not only be able to play on new maps, but also take part in a new community challenge, the developer said. The free week runs March 4-11.
