There are three versions of Tyranny available. These include the Commander Edition ($45), the Archon Edition ($60), and the Overlord Edition ($80). Each comes with the base game and extra digital content in the form of things like forum icons and avatars, ringtones, the soundtrack, and and art book. Check out the chart below to see a breakdown of what is available in each version.

Tyranny is the follow-up to Obsidian's well-received Pillars of Eternity. It is not a sequel, however, but instead tells a brand-new story that explores what might happen if evil won out.
